ဤစီမံကိန်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ လူငယ်များအား ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ၏ သွားဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ သန့်ရှင်းရေးပညာရှင် (歯科衛生士) နိုင်ငံတော်လိုင်စင် ရရှိရေးကို ဦးတည်သည့် ပညာရေးလမ်းကြောင်းတစ်ခု တည်ဆောက်ပေးခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လမ်းကြောင်းမှာ — မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း Yangon Education Center (YEC) မှ ရွေးချယ် + ဂျပန်ဘာသာ ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း → Shin-Tokyo နည်းပညာကျောင်း ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသင်တန်း (၁ နှစ်) → Shin-Tokyo သန့်ရှင်းရေးပညာရှင်ကျောင်း သွားသန့်ရှင်းရေးပညာဌာန (၃ နှစ်) ဟူ၍ အဆက်မပြတ် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသည်။
YEC၊ JAMDHA နှင့် Shin-Tokyo ကျောင်းနှစ်ကျောင်း ပူးပေါင်းကာ ရွေးချယ်ရေး၊ ဘာသာစကားပြင်ဆင်ရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ လက်တွေ့သင်တန်းနှင့် နေထိုင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ထောက်ပံ့မှုတို့ကို စုပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ကျောင်းပြီးဆုံးပါက ဂျပန် သို့မဟုတ် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်ဝန်ထမ်းအဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်မည့် စနစ် တည်ဆောက်ပေးပါသည်။

本事業は、ミャンマーの若者を対象に、日本の歯科衛生士（国家資格）取得を目指す教育スキームを構築するものです。
ルートは — ミャンマー現地（Yangon Education Center による選抜＋日本語予備教育） → 新東京歯科技工士学校 予備教育科（1年） → 新東京歯科衛生士学校 歯科衛生士科（3年） という一貫した育成ルートです。
YEC・JAMDHA・新東京両校が連携し、選抜・語学準備・教育・実習・生活支援を包括的に行い、卒業後は日本またはミャンマーで歯科医療人材として活躍できる体制を整えます。
アルバイト支援: 予備教育科からアルバイト可能。JAMDHA 関連医院での勤務を優先紹介。月 8〜10万円 の収入で生活費をカバー。
